Grant & Lewis property managers use Property Stroll to create inspection lists, schedule inspections, document important maintenance conditions with pictures and notes, and automatically send reports to all parties associated with the property. Build Vote is a web-based survey service. Have you ever wondered what tenant to fill a space with? Why not ask the local community? Build Vote is a survey service built around asking the community the right questions to find the right tenant or commercial use for your commercial property. Build Vote allows real estate brokers and land owners to approach tenants with information that is convincing and may result in higher rents.
